  • What services are offered?
  • What are the qualifications of the organization & the individuals who would be assisting you, including licensing, certification or accreditation?
  • Does the organization offer free information?
  • Are there any costs or fees involved?
  • Would there be a formal agreement or contract?
  • What arrangements are in place to protect your interests?
  • Follow up with the Better Business Bureau & you state attorney general to see if there have been complaints about the organization.
